Tom Mayo comes from a competitive middle distance athletics background and competed for Great Britain and England at Major Championships over 1500m. Tom moved to New Zealand seven years ago and took on a role as Chief Operations Officer for Triathlon NZ and helped them build on the 'Hamish Carter' era of success developing the Contact Energy National Triathlon Series and two International Triathlon Union World Cups. Tom then became CEO of 2010 World Rowing Championships and is now the owner of the delivery company for the largest event in NZ the Volvo Ocean Race Auckland Stopover.

Grant Calder's background is in commercial and marketing and he began with events in NZ at the FIFA U17 World Cup as part of their marketing team, he then went on to the World Rowing Championships and the Volvo Ocean Race as the director for Commercial and Marketing. Grants experience and ability to drive income and returns for sponsors is second to no one and he has generated over 15million in commercial partnerships over the past five years.

What we do?

1. Creatively deliver events. We manage large sporting and non sporting events for and on behalf of clients and sometimes we invent them for the greater good. Our large events are above the $1 million dollar production cost, however we do boutique events and creations, such as the award winning Rowbox and DHL NZ Marine export showcase.
2. We care. We always ensure that we look after the environment, we do as much as we can for disabled sport and we always give kids less fortunate than ourselves a chance to experience our events free of charge.
